Biography
BILAL OZEL
I was born in Istanbul — the vibrant city where Asia meets Europe across the Bosphorus. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering Management. With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, I’ve worked closely with diverse teams across industries and cultures.
My passion for growth has led me to study communication, psychology, personal development, and intercultural dynamics extensively. These disciplines have shaped my approach to leadership and coaching.
I see life as a long, exciting journey — and I embrace every step with curiosity and purpose. My core motivation is continuous self-improvement, and my vision is simple yet powerful: learning forever!
